What we collect

• Photos you upload. The photo of your pet or person is used solely to generate your etched portrait and to print your order.
• Name and contact details. The name you type for the artwork, plus your email and shipping address at checkout, so we can make and deliver your order.
• Payment information. Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.

How we use it

• Your uploaded photo and name are used to generate your etched portrait previews.
• To fulfill your order, the finished design and your shipping details are shared with our print partner, who produces and ships your shirt on our behalf under the Custom Vintage Apparel name.
• Your email is used for order confirmations, shipping updates, and — if you leave checkout early — a reminder about your saved design.

Your photos

You own your photos. We use them only to create your portrait and fulfill your order — we do not sell them or use them in marketing without your permission.

Returns and your data

Every shirt is made to order, so we don't accept change-of-mind returns. If your order arrives damaged, misprinted or wrong, email us within 30 days and we'll remake or refund it. Details are on our shipping & returns page.
